If I do not answer the phone it is most likely that I am on a long phone call to another client. However there should always be someone else to help you in office hours. If you have difficulty reaching me then please send me an e-mail and I will always try and respond within 24 hours. 

On rare occasions I can be in court, with no chance to respond to e-mails. Occasionally I have been known to attend court around 8:30, had to spend all of the lunchbreak with my client and not left court until early evening. If such an instance arises, I will try, at the very least to e-mail you to say when we can arrange a call. 

If you are posting documents to me and they are very urgent, it may be best to also scan these in and e-mail them to me. Sometimes posted items may take a few days to respond to.

Location

Although I am based in the South West, I have clients all over England and Wales. Historically I have mainly appeared in courts in the South West, courts I have recently been to include: Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Eastbourne, Exeter, Hull, London, Medway, Milton Keynes, Plymouth, Reading, Slough, Taunton, Torquay, Truro, Western-Super-Mare, Worcester, and York.

I am very happy to travel for court or just to meet you. Unlike a lot of other firms, I charge a reduced rate for my travel time and will not charge you for accommodation costs or the cost of my mileage or train fare.
