Disputes and Civil Litigation
I have many years’ experience of helping clients resolve disputes both personally or commercially. This might be a contract dispute, consumer issue or a debt issue. I have helped people recover very large sums of money and also sort out disputes that have rattled on for years. There are many alternatives to going to court and this does not have to cost you vast sums of money.
If you are being pursued for debt or someone owes you money I can also help.
If you have a dispute it is worth e-mailing me some initial details and I will tell you if it something I can help with. If it is we will set up an initial meeting (for just £95.00) and can discuss it further. I will always, if possible aim to recover your legal costs from the other side and will offer realistic advice about your prospects of success.
Criminal Matters
I also offer assistance if you are being potentially charged with a criminal offence. I can represent you for a Police station interview or at the Magistrates court if required. I often find there is sometimes a cross-over with my family law work as well – for example where one parent (often falsely) accuses the other of doing something and the Police investigate. Therefore, it is often helpful to have the same solicitor dealing with both matters.
Legal aid still exists for more serious criminal matters, and if you are eligible, I will tell you and refer you elsewhere to get free representation.
Employment Law
I also offer some assistance with employment issues. For example, dealing with a settlement agreement if you are being made redundant. I am happy to discuss your matter with you and see if it is suitable. However, in some cases I may refer you elsewhere.
