I believe that the most important aspect of the solicitor-client relationship is a mutual trust and understanding. I work hard for my clients with the aim of making the process, in what can often be a difficult and emotional time, as easy as possible.
What I Specialise In
As an SRA regulated independent solicitor, I specialise in all areas of Family Law and Civil Litigation, with a particular interest in Parental Alienation child contact cases. From the beginning, I will look after all aspects of your matter from simple initial advice and drafting documents, to making applications or issuing claims to court. I will also deal with correspondence on your behalf or represent you at court. Everything you tell me is confidential.
How I Work
I offer a ‘However long it takes’, fixed fee initial consultation of just £85.00. We will meet in person, over Skype or Zoom, or by telephone to assess your case to see if I can be of help to you. I’ll tell you where you stand, what will happen next, and estimate the cost and timeframe of your case.
Although I am based in the South West, I have clients all over England and Wales and am very happy to travel for court, or just to meet you. Unlike many other firms, I charge a reduced rate for my travel time and will not charge you for accommodation costs or the cost of my mileage or train fare. Areas in the country I have had clients instruct me from include Bath, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Eastbourne, Exeter, Hull, London, Medway, Milton Keynes, Plymouth, Reading, Slough, Taunton, Torquay, Truro, Western-Super-Mare, Worcester, and York.
